Challenge

Phase BE works with various teams (office, camp, long-term care) that have previously documented their observations in isolation. Fragmented data management makes it difficult to identify support needs in a timely manner and respond in an impact-oriented way.

Data

The system records progress in various categories, for example:

School performance (e.g., report card grades)
Job application training
Technical progress (math, reading)

Each group has its own data sheet and sends regular updates to headquarters.

Project goals and content

Establishment of a three-stage traffic light system (green/yellow/red) per category
Automatic aggregation of individual group data in a central dashboard
Visual summary using charts

Results and social impact

The traffic light system enables Phase BE to identify support needs at a glance and initiate targeted measures. This allows all teams to work in a more impact-oriented manner and ensures that no young people fall through the cracks.
