We solve your problems with data!

Sascha Schürmann / Salt & Content

CorrelAid helps nonprofits use data to measure their impact: whether it’s analyzing a survey, creating an impact report, or building a new dashboard—we connect volunteer data scientists with nonprofit organizations.

Data4Good—that means using data expertise to do good! At CorrelAid, we connect volunteer data experts with nonprofit organizations that need support. From building a new database to conducting impact surveys to automating processes with AI tools, we bring people together so that nonprofits can do even more good.

In addition to all our digital offerings, we regularly organize our “event classics” in person: The CorrelCon, our annual community event, and the DatenDialoge, a format we run in cooperation with the Bertelsmann Stiftung.

CorrelCon

The CorrelCon takes place once a year, usually in November, at different locations across Germany. It is the event that brings our community together in person, where we learn from and with each other, share our knowledge through exciting workshops and talks, and network.

The exciting conference program with parallel keynotes, workshops, and exchange formats is organized jointly by our staff and volunteers. Register here.

Want to get actively involved in the planning? Write to us at info@correlaid.org.

Is your company looking for data science talent or wants to present itself at CorrelCon? We offer various sponsoring packages for partners who want to support CorrelCon. If you’re interested, contact us at info@correlaid.org.

DatenDialog

The DatenDialog is a joint event format that we at CorrelAid organize together with the Bertelsmann Stiftung. Here you can find all the information about the format, the venue, and the data challenges.

Twice a year, our community comes together at changing locations across Germany to develop solutions for data challenges from civil society over 1.5 days. The event kicks off with an informal networking evening, followed by two brainstorming sessions the next day.

The goal: To create a broader understanding of the importance and potential of data in various societal contexts and to jointly develop practical solutions for specific challenges.

We welcome all volunteers who want to contribute their perspectives, network, and share exciting insights. Are you new to the community? No problem - we look forward to meeting you! Not sure if you have enough expertise? Every perspective is welcome and valued, regardless of your professional background.

Do you have exactly the expertise that’s needed? Become a Data Buddy and support the project teams in bringing their data challenges to the table.
