Get Involved Locally
CorrelAid’s local chapters pursue CorrelAid’s mission (bringing data to civil society) at the local level. In addition to the many digital activities, local chapters offer the opportunity to get involved in person with a (regular) group at regular intervals.
The design of these activities is up to the respective local chapter, which is also organized on a volunteer basis. From “data meetups” to workshop formats to local project work, there are different local focuses. The local chapters are as active as the CorrelAid volunteers on site.
The list of chapters below provides an overview of existing local groups. For direct contact, join our Slack workspace. To do so, send an email to info@correlaid.org and let us know which group you’re interested in – we’ll connect you. In the respective local chapter Slack channel, you can then introduce yourself and find out how active the group currently is. You can also filter for local chapter events through our event calendar. And through our project database, you can see which projects have been carried out by local chapters so far.
Your city isn’t listed (yet), but you’d still like to get involved locally? Then write to us at info@correlaid.org and we’ll discuss it!
