Process optimization and data products for improving impact management

The project supports Kindersprachbrücke Jena in improving data collection, management, and analysis in the area of residential and support services for children and youth. Existing data sources and workflows will be reviewed and optimized to create clearer, more standardized processes. The project will also develop simple data tools, such as Excel analyses or dashboards, to make relevant information easily accessible for staff. The goal is to establish a sustainable, low-maintenance data system that helps teams better understand their impact while reducing administrative workload.
