KI macht Schule gGmbH is a non-profit organization initiated in 2019 and founded in 2021 that brings AI education to German classrooms and teachers' lounges. In addition to several full-time employees, our team includes over 150 volunteer AI experts from universities, schools, and industry who want to share their knowledge with society in order to lay the foundation for democratic and participatory co-creation of AI applications. In over 440 AI courses and training sessions for more than 7,900 students and over 2,900 teachers, we teach the basic concepts of AI and empower them to use selected AI technologies in a reflective manner.
