In this Stammtisch we will discuss the responsible use of artificial intelligence in organizations, with hiring as example. We will anchor our discussion on the following recently published toolkits sponsored by the EU and the German government respectively:

We will start by a quick overview of the toolkits, then go into open discussion on topics ranging from:

  • What are your experiences in the use of AI in organizations?
  • What are your experiences in the use of AI in hiring?
  • What do you think about toolkits like the ones listed?
  • Can these toolkits help? Why or why not?

to broader topics such as:

  • What kinds of AI literacy are needed by data people?
  • How to navigate the job market shaped by AI?
  • How to succeed in AI‑based recruiting?

Look forward to seeing those of you who participated in our events before joining us again in this new "Stammtisch with a Focus" format!

For those who are new to CorrelAid: you are very welcome to join too! We can always chat one-on-one during a break or after the main event on all you'd like to know about CorrelAid and how to participate in our volunteer projects to build up your portfolio while helping others.
