 applications and automated screening systems to changing skill requirement
 s and entirely new career paths\, many participants expressed a desire to 
 explore this topic in greater depth. That's why we're dedicating our next 
 "Stammtisch with a Focus" to Job Search in the Age of AI.\nWhether you're 
 currently looking for a new role\, hiring talent\, working with AI profess
 ionally\, or simply trying to understand where the labor market is heading
 \, this session is for you.\nWe'll kick things off with a few short discus
 sion prompts and examples before moving into an open\, participant-driven 
 conversation around questions such as:\n\n- How is AI changing the way peo
 ple search and apply for jobs?\n- Which AI tools are actually useful for a
