 feels comfortable and safe. We will share stories and gather resources\, s
 trategies and tips on how to get more (politically) active for good at our
  jobs! \n\nTrump has been elected\, big tech companies are the first to ab
 olish DEI (diversity\, equity and inclusion) policies\, approval of right-
 wing politics not only in Germany is rising\, the ecological crisis keeps 
 unfolding. In those challenging times\, we want to get together and talk a
 bout how this affects us and our working environments\, and what we can do
  to make our working places safer and more resilient places - on a small a
 nd large scale.\n\\* How can we reflect internal hierarchies and power dyn
 amics at work and challenge them?\n\\* How can we live up to democratic va
 lues\, solidarity and sustainability?\n\\* How can we shape our workplaces
  into more resilient\, including places where everyone feels comfortable\,
  with more employment rights\, better work practices\, data ethics practic
 es\, where underrepresented voices are equally involved?We will share stor
 ies and gather resources\, strategies and tips on how to get more (politic
 ally) active for good at your job and use our power to initiate change\nIf
