  feedback on others‘ applications - however if nobody brings their own d
 ocuments\, we will have no examples to discuss. Spoken language will be ad
 apted/translated to whoever joins\, applications can be in German or Engli
 sh. Applications can be to any field in industry and also academia.\nOur w
