 vating.\n\nThis workshop prepares you for your role as a tutor in our data
  courses for non-profits. You will learn how to design interactive worksho
 ps and live sessions and actively engage participants. We will discuss you
 r role as a tutor\, provide you with tips and tricks for moderating\, and 
 show you how to make your tutorials lively\, structured\, and motivating.\
 n\n**Contents:**\n\n* The role of a tutor: How to clearly define your role
  and provide targeted support to participants.\n* Addressing participants:
  Methods for explaining complex topics in a simple way and dealing with di
 fficult situations in tutorials.\n* Procedure and structure: How to plan a
  live session\, formulate learning objectives\, and use the available time
  effectively.\n* Moderation and activation: Practical tips for moderation 
 and proven methods for engaging participants in online teaching.\n\n**Targ
 et group:**  \nThe workshop is aimed at volunteer tutors who support non-p
 rofit organizations in our data courses or are interested in doing so. How
 ever\, the workshop content can be used generally for designing and conduc
 ting online workshops.\n\n**Format:**\n\n* 1-hour interactive online works
 hop.\n* Exchange with other committed individuals.\n* You will receive a c
 ertificate of participation for taking part.\n\n**Learning objectives:**
