DESCRIPTION:Get to know Git beyond `status / commit -m / push`. \n\nGet to
  know Git beyond `status / commit -m / push`.\n\nIn this Git Advanced work
 shop you will learn about the power of modern versioning tools and how the
 y enable teams to cooperate in small to large code bases. In this course w
 e will cover repository locality\, repo branches\, what a 'merge conflict'
  is\, how and why they arise\, and how to effectively resolve them - alone
  or as a team.   \nThis course will be hands-on\; your terminal\, vim or 
 any modern IDE will do to participate.\n\n**Fabio** will host this worksho
 p. He is a volunteer at CorrelAid and introduces himself like this:  \n“
 Hi\, my name is Fabio\, I am a Data Infrastructure Engineer with multiple 
 years of working in (distributed) agile teams. Git has always been (and wi
 ll also continue to be) an essential part of that work as a team work enab
 ler."\n\n**Target group:**  \nThe workshop is aimed at volunteers who supp
 ort non-profit organizations in our data projects or are interested in doi
 ng so. However\, feel free to join if you're interested in Git in general.
